PESBC will be hosting the Northwest Missouri Show Circuit on June 2nd and June 23rd this year. More details and show bills coming later. Additional show/activity dates will be added tothe show schedule as the circuits and PESBC committee firm them up
Trail Ride!
Heartland Regional Gathering of Christian Cowboys and Cowgirls in Raymondville, Mo will be May 29th-June 3rd . Costs are $30 for the campsite Tuesday-Sunday, food is about $15 per day for breakfast and supper. So far things in the planning are mounted shooting, pen sorting, ice cream social, square dance and an auction. For more info contact Dave Buckles at 816-244-9279.
Open Fun Show!!
We are bringing back the fun show!! The show will be May 12, 2012 at 11am. Plans so far include: Gate fee will be $1. Pre-entry Fee $2.50 per class or $25 all day, plus a PESBC Fun Show T-shirt. Entry fees day of show $3 per class. Classes at this time Halter Mares 2 and over, Halter Geldings 2 and over, In hand trail, Stick horse race, Walk/trot, Lead line, Western Pleasure, Egg and spoon, Cowboy trail race, Jumping, versatility, Ring Race, Ribbon race, Pick up Race, PJ Barrels,Bareback Egg and Spoon, Tandem bareback, Ride-a-buck. Membership Dues
2012 dues are due. Dues are $10 person, $15 per couple and $20 per family. Bring to the next meeting or mail them to Amy Bryson at 14991 CR 410 Amazonia, MO 64421. If you paid and didn't get your membership card please let Amy know.
We Missed you!!!
If you missed the meeting in January you missed a good one! Lots of stuff talked about. Lots of good chili, soup and dessert. I can't speak for anyone else but I'm thinking that this is going to be one of the best years in a long time! This is the year to come out join in the fun. Invite a friend or two. But remember we can't do it at all with out YOU our members. See enclosed membership form.

Fundraiser for the equine assisted free programs for special needs/at risk youth at Broken Creek Youth Ranch. The February fundraiser will be at North Belt Pizza Hut, St Joe. on Wednesday, February 15th, 5 - 8 pm. Important - You must now PRESENT the flyer for the orders to count (dine in and carryout). We will have them inside at the BCYR table in the corner for you if you cannot get one or forget it. You can also email Evie at brokencreekyouthranch@gmail.com and we will send you one if you'd like as well.

We need your ideas!!
PESBC is looking to work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and possibly doing a fundraiser for them. Thoughts in the think tank right now are a benefit trail ride, a cowboy cookout, or a combination of the two. We will also be providing free tickets for the Bigs/Littles to attend shows at our grounds at no charge. There is currently a 40 “Little” waiting list of kids waiting for a Big Brother or Sister. Please be in prayer about this and if you can help one of these kids get contact information from Michelle Hinkle at 816-667-5208.

BIG thank yous to everyone who donated to Broken Creek Youth Ranch and Shady Lawn Nursing Home. Both organizations want to express their appreciation for the donations brought to the Christmas Party.
